Make-Them-Stop!

Every time you turn on the tube, tune in the radio or pick up a newspaper, it's nothing but doom and gloom. Another financial crisis somewhere, another stock market dive, another month of housing foreclosures, and depression, depression, depression. Didja ever stop to think that a lot of this turmoil is is a self-fulfilling prophecy? The media so delights in bringing us bad news that they can't wait to predict the worst case scenario even way before it's supposed to happen! After this onslaught of media predictions, people hear so much about "we're in a depression" that they get scared and sit on their money. And then, "surprise" we DO have a depression.

Make them stop.
